The 1st Delta Real Estate Forum | Investments – Prospects 2026 successfully took place at Larissa Imperial, an initiative by the Delta Group aiming to establish itself as a reference point for the Greek real estate market. The event, held under the auspices of the Thessalian Association of Enterprises and Industries and the Larissa Chamber of Commerce, attracted top professionals from real estate, investment, technology, energy, and healthcare sectors.
A notable presence at the forum was Mr. Angelos Tsavdaris, President of the Hellenic-Indian Chamber of Commerce, who presented in depth the prospects of the Greek real estate market, highlighting the growing interest of international investors, particularly from India. He emphasized projects that attract foreign capital, such as tourism developments, mixed-use projects, modern high-energy-efficiency residential buildings, and logistics, while underlining Greece’s competitive advantages as an investment destination due to its strategic geographic location, modern infrastructure, and favorable investment environment.
During his speech, Mr. Tsavdaris proposed organizing the 2nd Delta Real Estate Forum in India, in January 2026 in New Delhi, aiming to strengthen bilateral investment relations and create a strong international network of collaborations between Greece and India.
He stated:
“My participation in the 1st Delta Real Estate Forum was a unique opportunity to share my vision for a Greece open to new international partnerships. My proposal for the 2nd Forum in India in 2026 reflects the belief that the two countries can build a strong investment network for mutual benefit.”
The 1st Delta Real Estate Forum confirmed the dynamism of the Greek real estate market, strengthening connections with international investors and opening new opportunities for collaboration between Greek and Indian businesses, establishing the event as a milestone for enhancing the international business network.
